Went shopping today with my husband. Was not greeted by anyone. The 2 older women working didn’t appear to be employees till the end and were engaged in conversation so heavily not only did it take away from my shopping experience and make it difficult to access the worker who was actually working, but it took away from the experience expected of Kate Spade.I understand an outlet is not a tier 1 store, but this behavior was expected at zumiez not Kate spade.Purchased what I liked and left. Would have spent more if the managers hadn’t made the atmosphere unwelcoming.

Bought a purse for my mother for Christmas this year. The one employee was super helpful. They had just the right purse. The price was great for such a name brand, and the quality was still good. My mom bought a cool green winter coat from this location also. Great place for holiday shopping.

I was looking for a medium size purse. I had choices. Tahylor helped me. What a perfect fit. I got 2. 2 different colors. Thank you Tahylor for all your help. She differently took her time with me.

My wife always has to decide between Kate Spade, coach and Michael Kors. She chose Kate Spade today, great customer service and the store was the brightest of the 3.... worked for me lol

First visit to this Kate Spade in October this year and wasn't disappointed. Very friendly staff, very helpful too. There was more than one purse I was interested in, but settled on a big clear blue tote with an extra skinny pouch I could use for cash & probably ID. Right now I put coupons in it. My daughter talked me into getting it so I could keep extra stuff in this clear tote-things I always have a hard time leaving behind that don't fit in my smaller Kate Spade. I have tried now for a year to only carry a small crossbody purse, and it is really helpful when you have neck issues like I do....but....it's been hard! So this idea of carrying the smaller one inside the tote and pulling it out when I go inside shopping has been genius! I have everything organized in a blue purse organizer I had gotten on Amazon years ago. The one thing I did notice is at another store like this, they actually had the markdown prices listed so you didn't have to ask. Here, I felt bad I had to keep asking for the prices of the different ones I liked-I could've figured it out myself, but Kate Spade has a certain way of doing the discounts so I always want to make sure. Plus they can do it off the top of their head usually! When it gets to be holiday season, especially here at Birch Run outlet's, waiting on an attendant for a price over it being listed would try my patience especially if it's hot inside the store. That's why not 5 stars. No other reason!

I have never been to a Kate spade before. It was a nice shopping Kate spade new york outlet. As soon we walked into the store we greeted immediately. The sales associate asked we need any help. I said we were looking. The store had release there new Disney Minnie purse collection line. Most of the store was 70 percent off with an additional 20 percent off. The sales associate Nicole made the shopping experience pleasant and was very helpful when it came to calculations of the price of sales of the bags. They offer 15 percent military discount on top of the additional sale price! It was was an amazing shopping experience. I highly recommend coming here for the shopping experience and awesome sales!
