Call anyone else this place told me they would give me a price before they towed our car, they lied about the miles charged me $300 to get this tiny car out of the ditch after being ran off the road, I told them I had AAA and I wanted to know a price, the guy towed it anyway an told me he’s keeping the car if I don’t pay him

Avoid at all costs. We were stranded on the freeway less than 5miles north of this guy and were even told by a different company that he would be the closest option. He insisted we were too far from him, suggested we couldn’t afford him, and then said he wouldn’t even leave for another hour. Absolutely horrendous. Call Mike’s instead, they did everything in their power to help, despite being 20 miles further away.

My wife and I were out of gas on the freeway so I contacted these guys. They were less than 2 miles away I even typed in roadside assistance and this number came up. I called it and the man that answered told me they didn't do that so I asked him who in the area would be able to and he just hung up. I don't know about the towing business because I didn't get help from them but there PR department sure could use some work. Oh and thank you to fine trooper who did actually help us.

They showed up within 20 minutes of my phone call, were very pleasant, and even let the kids “pull the car” onto the truck bed. Considering it was a holiday they were very prompt and reasonably priced for the distance it was back to my house.Services: Car towing

BEWARE of this company!! DO NOT go to them if you have any choice. My daughter slid on black ice on the highway a couple days ago, less than 3 miles from their business, by the time I got there, the police had already called them out, so I was not able to contact the company I've would've rather used. I asked for it to be taken to our mechanic in Bridgeport, they said that they were taking it to the nearest place, which was H.S. Gray's. When we called to see how much the tow bill was, the owner, which was the rudest person I have ever dealt with, said it would be $400 or to sign the title over. I have never in my life heard of being charged that much to take it a car less than 5 miles up the street. The owner claims because it was an accident (although no other vehicle was involved, and my daughter didn't even get a ticket). Come to find out they drove it to Bridgeport (where I initially wanted it towed) then back to Birch Run and charged me for it, for a total of 17 miles. When I told him I wanted a detailed breakdown of what I just paid $400 for, the owner laughed and said "oh you must want to pay more" I'm not sure if they have some type of contract with the police of sheriff in that area, but they need to be put on notice how this company is screwing people over. I will be getting them investigated.

This place is a joke. 350 bucks to tow a car and then they took it 20 miles away instead of 3 miles to their yard . Then had the nerve to tell my that’s a deal! They had the car for an hour. They were unbelievable rude! The owner hung up on me when I asked for a breakdown of the charges.
