If I could give a zero I would. I bought a Cologne as a gift. Turns out he did not like it. It was not sprayed or anything can’t return it. Now he will be stuck with a cologne he doesn’t like. A stupid policy to have, especially when gift shopping DO NOT GO HERE EVERR

The lady working sold us a $90 bottle of cologne that we tested mi vida iconic, put the wrong cologne in the bag. We didn't notice until we got home 2 hours away. Waste of $90. Now we have a bottle of cologne that will never be used.

I personally had 2 issues with this outlet.. Apparently your image gets you results.. I get that I looked as if I just crawled out of my trailer park to "buys me some smells good instead of showering" but some people other than sales persons work for a living or have responsibilities to take care of before shopping but this takes the cake.. My wife and I stopped I after running to Bronners.. The young lady made us feel like lowlife.. After insisting on pushing her preferences or personal choices on us, when I asked for my own choice she made a rude remark about the price then asked if I'd like the one she showed me because it was cheaper.. as if I couldn't afford what I was looking for.. I was so embarrassed and offended I left without making a purchase.. You dont get that when shopping on Amazon!!! Maybe it's best to stay there!!

Absolute worst and rudest customer service I’ve ever received. Bad enough that it’s worth writing a review about, and that’s saying something. Left the store and bought the $130 cologne i wanted online. Hire more respectable employees.

Absolute trash customer service. I came in because I ran out of a cologne I had gotten there. I couldn't remember the name, so I described the bottle as a black, tall, wedge shape. The woman said she doesn't know what a wedge is. No problem. I told her I believed it was a store brand, she came back with she didn't know what a store brand was and offered no further assistance and did not try to ask any further questions to help make a sale, simply said, guess you didn't get it here. I went to purfumania and not only did they offer assistance in finding a new fragrance, but looked up my loyalty profile and told me where I had gotten the cologne I was looking for, which was fragrance outlet. Funny that both of these outlets are part of the same company but treat their customers vastly different.

I was there today 11/27 and this lovely lady who clearly was having a hard time not getting her way. Had a temper tantrum that put my three old tantrum to shame. Rudely intrusive said she wanted a refund and I wasn’t even done checking out. To the general manager and store manager. Thank you for being so sweet. If we can All remember the world is short staffed please be kind. They showed up. You guys are the true rockstars.

Best store in the outlets for Perfumes. Ended up getting 8 fragrances and only paying full price for 1! The rest were all 50% off. Definitely recommend.
