Stopped in at the Birch run outlets. Got a great deal on mens hiking boots. 42.00 regular price 100. Also picked up a winter coat for my wife. Regular price 280, got it for 84. Tons of selection. Store was well organized.

I appreciate the products at the Columbia store, but during my last visit, I spent around $900 for the entire family. Unfortunately, the cashier packed all the items into just three bags. This was unacceptable given the amount spent, and it would have been more appropriate to distribute the items into more bags.

They had a great selection of winter clothes and clothes but customer service was horrible not one smile on employees faces or welcoming had a exchange and manger Stephanie was rude and unprofessional we all know your coats sell them self welcoming staff and management would of made shopping in your store a better experience
