“Great quality clothes at a reasonable price. I always buy online and pick up here, to save an extra 15%. This also ensures that I can get the right sizes. The pickup process is kind of clunky, but that is not the fault of the employees. Seems to be a very paper based and messy corporate process. The employees are helpful and friendly, but I wish (for their sake especially) That the buy-online-pickup-in-store process was quicker and smoother.”
