Rude Customer “Service”. I went into this Chico’s location today. I was never greeted. There were three women working there. I was in there for about ten minutes looking around. Not one person ever spoke to me. When I got up to the registers where two of the women were working, I was not acknowledged for several minutes while they finished up tasks. I don’t have a problem waiting until someone is finished with a task, but do have an issue with not even being greeted. The only words spoken to me during the entire transaction were “Are you part of our rewards program?” and “Receipt in the bag or with you?” Do better Chico’s!!!

I was in your store yesterday afternoon. I thought it was just me until I read the reviews I walked into the store I was never greeted. No one never asked if they could assist me. I walked around the store several times looking for someone to assist me in the store wasn’t even crowded. I noticed that others were being assistant, and that I finally I walked up to the register, and I asked the lady their questions about the clothing. It was my first time in the store. I plan to shop but I didn’t feel comfortable shopping her spending money in the store they didn’t want to assist me. I felt uncomfortable and I left. The store was not even crowded and my only been maybe three other patrons in the store at a time I don’t want to spend my money in a store that doesn’t want to Cisco or acknowledge me when I come in very different experience.

I was at Chios yesterday! Burch Run I walked in the store never got greeted I felt like I was a ghost’ there was a couple things that caught my eyes! Every person who walked in the store was greeted not me!?

This is my favorite store at the Outlets-I love the fashions-continuously updated and the staff are amazing-so easy to work with! The quality at the outlet is superior to other outlets and I always find items I like and that add to my other purchases.

Great service and customer experience on many internet itema from Chico's Off the Rack. Prices consistent or better than online.
