Nicotine products are NOT rotated properly - you WILL get stale/old product and they WILL NOT make it right. Terrible customer service. AVOID.

Stopped at BP in Birch Run on 2/6/23 at 11:30pm to get gas and was told I could not get gas because he couldn't break a 100 dollar bill! Seriously! Teller stated all he had was 75 dollars in his till. If this is a true fact then I highly suggest for people to go elsewhere if all you have is a $100.00 dollar bill. Go the extra couple miles to Loves we had no issues there, and I'm sure they didn't mind considering we purchased more than just gas!

The guy that works the night into the morning. Not very helpful! Very careless! Gave me cold coffee twice!! I asked for coffee this morning he told me I have to ask someone else if it’s made or not. First off you work here bro go find out if there’s coffee!! The ladies running the Dunkin’ Donuts are awesome! But they open at 5 I was there at 430 so the gas station gets you your coffee!! I don’t know what the guys problem is but someone needs to teach him some customer service! 10/04/22 4:30 amThanks for the quality service! Smh

Second weekend in a row where four gas pumps remain out of order, two of the four urinals out of order. No excuse for this with a truck stop in the Birch run area of Michigan.

Almost never have receipts at the pump. This station is brand new and they let the receipt paper run out in both the gas and diesel pumps so u have to come in for the reciept. They think people will buy stuff if they come in. Not going to happen. I'm going elsewhere from now on.
