Stopped at about 10:15 at night. Hubby need coffee for the long drive, but there was an put of order sign on it. When he asked, the nice young lady behind the counter said the prior shift did not make coffee and only hung the out of order sign so they wouldn't have to. She took the time to make fresh coffee for my husband. Being a stop right off the Interstate, employees should take the time to do their job right so travelers can get their much-needed coffee.

Stopped in to get gas and a coffee, waited 5 mins at Dublin Donuts, never got acknowledged. 2 cashiers behind counter at gas station portion, cashier had to finish texting before shed provide service. Place is very nice, but customer service was awful!!

They need the proper protection to be working with the public such as hand sanitizer gloves masks.or for people to sanitize their own hands to protect the workers.your facility is not properly protected.not fair to them at ALL

- Very expensive! You'll spend more money here buying snacks than going next door to Applebees for a sit down dinner.- DON'T GET DIESEL THERE. You can time the pumps with a calendar.- Heavy traffic makes it impossible to exit.- Very steep incline when you exit so if there's snow or ice you need a running start to get up the hill and if you have to yield for traffic your not getting out. I put more salt on a burger than they spread on their parking lot.+ Electric car charging station for all the tree huggers.+ Nice shortcut to the outlet mall through the back of their parking lot.

The EV charging costs three times as much here as I have ever seen. I wanted to give them props for serving EVs, but this is clearly attempting to prey on unsuspecting owners.

Very nice and clean place. Jon at the Dunkin Donuts was very attentive and thorough. He explained how the different flavors worked and aimed to please. What a good employee!!

Beautiful place, very friendly people just DONT GET YOUR DIESEL THERE. It takes about 10 minutes to pump 20 bucks. Super slow and annoying. Everything else about the place is awesome.

BEAUTIFUL new facility. The gas station and Dunkin are 24hrs, but they have a Jimmy John's as well inside. Great selection of fountain pop and cooler items. New pumps, new building, new parking lot, and access from the mall!
