One star because I HAD to put something. My husband has had a hard time getting the meds he NEEDS with this pharmacy. He was in a traumatic crash last year that had caused him many physical problems. The lack of customer service, the excuses, the LACK of professionalism is inexcusable. For being a small “home town” pharmacy, you would think there would be more COMPASSION, but there isn’t. Will be finding a new pharmacy for him, our kids and myself. Disgusting company.

Great staff. Everyone's very professional and courteous. Service is always quick and accurate. I've been driving from Davison to birch run twice a month for 5 years now just to go to this pharmacy.

Stopped here for OTC meds, I haven't been inside of this pharmacy since before the cut back and remodel. It's small with a very small selection of items on the shelves. Gone are the good 'ol days with the big gift shop and plentiful items for purchase. Still happy they had what I needed. Cashier was helpful and friendly.

Horrible customer service. The pharmacist is rude. If you try to get a covid booster the guy wants your social sercurity card. If you don't have insurance you won't get one. You would think that a small pharmacy would go out of their way for their customers but not this guy. This is for the pharmacy only. The Deli is amazing and they have great customer service. Go to meijers, Wal-Mart,rite aid, Walgreens, the health department ECT. NONE of them require a social security card!

A great hometown pharmacy. Very friendly & helpful pharmacists & staff. They also took time in helping my brother, who suffers from dementia, with prescription issues several times.

Received my first shot may 25th. Came in yesterday for my 2nd shot for covid June 23rd. The pharmacist told me it hasn't been 28 days. I didn't want to argue with him. But the 23rd to the 31st is 6 days plus 23days that's over 28 days. So I'm going to have to find a different pharmacy that knows how to add and use a calendar.

Great independent pharmacy, pharmacist has a wealth of knowledge!I'm a recent transplant to the area, and switched from a big chain pharmacy to Burch Run Drugs. I thought I was doing that just to support a local business, but I am the one who benefited! My daughter had developed an eczema rash, which I was trying to deal with. I asked the pharmacist about what I should use, and he gave me great recommendations! I also showed him what I had been using and he took the time to explain why that wasn't working well for her. His recommendations gave her immediate improvement and relief! A big chain pharmacist has no time or interest in educating consumers, but it is different here!
