This agency gets a 5 out of 5 from me. I work with Productions-Plus and other agencies. I am a voice over artist and I love the clients they set me up with. I recommend Productions-Plus to any talent that is looking to seek out work.

One star is being generous. This company is trash! They only give work to their friends and make everyone else beg for work. If you're a person of color just know that there is no representation in the office who will have your back! But yet they want to claim how "diverse" they are... a total joke! They are horrible at communicating, paying, and just basic care ability. There's a lady in the office, Andrea who is just a miserable soul and if you challenge anything she says or does then she will make you pay by not giving you work. They are now using the W2 system which seems great, but now they hold your money up to two weeks after your pay period ends when typically with W2 its 5 days after your pay period ends. They also don't give per diems ahead of your work days which now leaves people to fend for themselves in this inflated economy, and again have to wait to get paid which is now taxed. Not everyone shares the same financial needs and don't have extra money laying around to dish out for traveling expenses, hotel incidentals, and food. Yet they claim they are taking care of you on the road. Per Diems are meant to be used during the work days not after the fact! What's funny is they expect folks to show up and give their best for the clients which probably have no idea how their team is being treated. The moral of the team is so low and people will not be giving their best for a company that gives the least amount of concern in return.

Horrible agency. Late payments. No communication. Agents completely ignore emails. Zero influence in the industry. A joke actually as I found out. Maybe got one real audition for an actual show in the years I was on their roster. The rest is just crap promotional jobs handing out coffee samples or something. Minimum wage crap.The only work I ever got from them was for a print job and it took threatening them with legal action to finally get paid 6 months!!! after the job. Shady shady shady.Zero stars.

What's happened to this place since 2020? They don't answer the phone... or emails, for the matter. I've called several times recently, about my portal account, and the automated service just SPELLS OUT the extension you want, instead of connecting you to the person. I've been a supposed Talent member for years, and its never been this bad. And no email updates since summer. The things that make you go 'hmmmm'

This is an addition to my previous reviewEvery audition they sent me was for a $400 job, including one for a global corporation. How likely is it that every job pays the same low rate? Again, presumably, PP steals payments they are supposed to hand over to talent.
