“I had a good experience here overall, the women who performed the actual scans was great! However, their phone person is rude, lazy and honestly just not someone I would hire. She treats you like an absolute burden for having called the facility. I spend a lot of time in the car so making on line appointments is pain, not to mention I just find making appointments via online to be a PIA. I am sorry but too many people need jobs so why continue to employ jerks when you do not have to. I would go back! I am leaving this at 3 stars in hopes of the owners reading it. I see others have said the same thing about her.”
“I had a genetic test done here. The price was reasonable, and I was able to easily get an appointment. The woman working was very friendly, and explained the process for getting my results. They also called me when they emailed over my results to make sure I received them.”

“I had my blood test done when I was pregnant with my son and it matched with the father. His mother told him that the results could have been wrong because of the bad reviews on BBB. Which made him not be there for my whole pregnancy but when he was born, we did two more DNA test that confirmed that he was the father. He has been in our life ever since. He regrets not being there for me when I was pregnant. I want to thank you guys for having accurate results. I didnt need a test to know who the father was. It was only for their conscious. I pray for anybody that goes through this mess.. it ***** but when your child arrives nothing else matters.”

“What an incredibly charming group of extremely lovely, both inside and out, young ladies at the front desk!
They were so incredibly helpful and genuinely kind and caring. And both of them had these amazing collections of figurines, a patient drops off new additions when he's in. He makes them on a 3D printer and they are so cool, I want to run out and buy a tiny 3D printer.
Next time I am there I will take some pics as they need to be appreciated and seen by the public!
They also had a bowl of wrist bands with motivational sayings and such, which were awesome! I can include pics/video of both of them.

I love that one of the history's greatest anti-semites and spreaders of Anti-Semitism throughout America has the hospital system named after him giving this Jewish guy top notch medical care!

“I went around 1pm, thinking I’d be waiting for at least an hour to be called back, because that’s always been my experience everywhere else. But not here. I only had to wait maybe 5 minutes. The lady who drew my blood was very kind and patient. I have stubborn veins that like to hide. She knew all the tricks and was patient, and got me on her first try. I’m used to getting poked several times before they get it. No one enjoys getting blood drawn, but for what it was, it was a great experience.”
“The staff was great and did a wonderful job getting blood on my one year old baby! He hardly cried and they got the vein in the first poke without any issue! I was so nervous for my child but she did a great job and really eased my anxiety!”

“So yes, the location is in the basement of this building, but the service for bloodwork was very good. For some reason Beaumont/Corewell couldn’t do a test on my list, but Labcorp does everything so I drove over and got in quickly. The women there were very nice and efficient. I think the reason the check-in iPad is there is because the same people who check you in also do the lab work, so there may not be a person at the window.”
“We solely use RHB labs at our office, there’s no way we would switch to anyone else. They go above and beyond to help us and our patients. Ashley is the reason we brought RHB into our office when we opened 4 years ago and is the reason we stay. Highly recommend!”
