I came across files from this attorney I hired a number of years ago to handle divorce case. She was incompetent to say the least. I'd never recommend her to anybody I'd call a friend.

If you want the highest probability of winning your case, Mindy is the lawyer to hire!!!!Today marks the day where I am able to exercise my God given rights as a father to parent my own sons with sole legal and physical custody! This would have not been possible without Mindy using her vast knowledge and wisdom of family law.If you asked anyone, this was a very difficult case that I've been fighting for over 5 years!!!! Mindy came on the case at year 4, and within 3 months of being on the case, she was able to help me find the solution that I needed to win the case! If it had not been for circumstances outside of our control, the case would have been closed within those 3 months of her coming on.Mindy has such a heart and desire for complete justice and will not rest until every wrong is made right! She knew how to say exactly what I wanted to be said in each and every motion and brief we filed without me having to tell her. She knew exactly how to address every issue with extreme precision.She is so worth every penny and I'm so blessed to have found her. I felt secure with her and I knew that I was in the best hands. She is so valuable and if you're ever graced with working with her, you won't be disappointed. She's very personable, understanding, kind, honest, friendly, and protective. I cannot say enough good things about Mindy. She is my 3rd attorney (pre and post-divorce) and by far the best. I did a lot of research on different lawyers and Mindy had a lot of great reviews for attorneys that work hard for male clients in divorce and custody cases. I have continually been impressed by her knowledge and dedication to work hard for her clients. Mindy is amazing!

If you want justice, Mindy is the person who will fight for you. Before I signed up with Mindy, I have interviewed several divorce lawyers who labeled themselves as "specialized in representing woman in divorce cases", all they could offer were shuffling paper works, none of them were truly willing or even interested in seeking justice for me. When I interviewed Mindy over the phone, she showed great sympathy, compaction and true understanding what a woman was going through after 25 years of marriage and gave it all to that marriage. I didn't have to search further after my conversation with Mindy. Mindy, to her promise, had performed miracles in negotiating the terms of the divorce on behalf me, which no other attorney could have delivered. In addition, I should mention that the two mediators and the judge we worked with all praised how well Mindy had crafted the mediation summaries. "The best they have ever seen in their professional carrier", in their words, which speaks well how Mindy is respected in her field. I assure you that you will not regret a bit if you choose Mindy to representing you. She will push the boundary and go beyond to help you.

Mindy is superb, smart, and wise! Super woman! She knows how to fight for her clients and she represented me very well, even when I was not present during the arbitration of my divorce process.
