I had my first video doctor visit withDr. Kahn. He was on time to start, on time to finish, and totally all business during the one hour appointment. Very professional, respectful, and prepared. He had obviously reviewed the records which I had emailed only a day ahead of the visit.He suggested a test I should get, and a few options for blood and genetic testing, if I felt I wanted them, which I appreciated. He also suggested adding one supplement to my diet. He did not try to sell me anything at anytime, which was appreciated.Happy to be working with Dr. Kahn, at the very least as a second opinion to my current cardiologist that I’m not over happy with. I can recommend Dr. Kahn to any family member or friend easily.

Dr. Kahn ordered the tests I needed to assess my heart health and general overall well-being. These tests included extensive heart panels - including Lp (a), Apoe B, and LDL P with tests for genetic cardiovascular markers. Also, I was tested for the Fatty Acid Omega panel for levels and ratios of DHA, EPA, and DPA with arachidonic acid and linoleum acid amounts, inflammation, insulin resistance, thyroid function, comprehensive metabolic panel, and Carotid Intima-Media Thickness Test. I have asked my doctors in the Bay Area for these tests and was refused at every turn. They said they weren't accurate, were not used, were not important. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Kahn for ordering these comprehensive tests. He is licensed in the state of California and the blood and urine tests were almost 100% covered by Blue Shield insurance. The knowledge gleaned from these tests gives me confidence about the state of my health and how important it is to continue a healthy lifestyle of whole food plant-based diet, exercise, and good sleep.

My wife and Myself had been following Dr Kahns podcast for years and in 2023 traveled to Miami to visit. Dr Kahn is an amazing Doctor that cares about his patients and their health. Now we both zoom Dr Kahn twice a year for a checkup to maintain we are living a healthy lifestyle.Bob & Julie
