In addition to doing a great job with my claims issues, Tammy is one of THE MOST RESPONSIVE AGENTS Iβve met. She returns calls, texts and emails extremely well and always demonstrates incredible patience when speaking with me.β
βFor the past 26+ the Eagle Rock Insurance Agency has been providing policies for my auto, home and an umbrella policy. Their service has always been impeccable and the agents have been very knowledgeable and friendly. This is especially important when there is a need to understand my coverage limits during a claim. Their help has always been instrumental in reducing my stress level caused by either an auto accident or some home disaster. The agents might not realize it, but their calm and knowledge is hugely reassuring.β

Youβre not just another customer, he cares about people and takes the time to get to know you and your family so he can make sure he is educating you on everything you need. He also knows how to delicately approach hard conversations about death which is not something anyone wants to think about. He will help you prioritize based on importance, budget and long term goals.He has called every few months to make sure my needs didnβt change and will go over current coverage to make sure I have the product that is the best fit.
As a widow who suddenly lost my husband, I was forever grateful I had life insurance, but it wasnβt until it was time to go through the claims process I realized that I was just a caller in a queue of hundreds of callers and they werenβt really concerned with what I was going through. I will never go back to having insurance through a company who can sell me a cheap policy because I realized you pay for what you get. God forbid tragedy ever strikes again, I know if it does, Andrew and his team will handle everything.

βMy personal experience with the metro agency has been excellent!! Teresa the lady i just saw took time out of her lunch to help me with a issue i had with a credit/refund. I probably took up about a hour of her time (felt really bad) but she was very pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to get my issue resolved rather quickly. Aaron, Brian, and Margo i have also delt with and they all are excellent people to work with. Someone always answers the phone or i can expect a phonecall back or email rather quickly. I will definitely be sticking around for a while and would recommend to anyone looking for a auto or commercial policy (my only experiences) so far!β
