If you are a Veteran refinancing your mortgage, this is the place to work with. Lance (the sales director) was truly great to work with. He promised a lot, but delivered even more. He promised a quick and easy loan process, and it was true. He gave me a rate, and that is what I was locked at. We first spoke on Monday, April 26th, and signed initial loan documents on Tuesday the 27th. I closed on May 5th. 8 Days from start to finish, now saving over $245 per month.
