I don't understand how this company got a bad review. They are the most caring lab I've ever worked with. It must have been an understanding. Before I learned how to read bills from labs, I used to mistake things I received for regular bills too.

So I had a mole biopsy, I’ve had these done before never more than $100. This place charged my parents insurance that I haven’t been on in over 4 years and the amount is almost $400. So after calling them 3 times them telling me I didn’t have insurance which is false, and having my insurance reach out to them (which the insurance assured me this would definitely be covered and should not be that expensive) the bill is still almost $400. The second lady I talked to was snappy and seemed to not want to do anything to help me. The surgery to remove the mole was cheaper how does that make sense? I will never willingly have any testing done here, absolutely DON’T recommend they will try to rip you off. Would give zero stars if I could absolutely disgusted.
