“My wife and I were headed to Big Rapids from Holland (we are regular Belle customers there). We had a rear wheel wobbling, and pulled in spur of the moment to see if Belle B.R. could help. We explained our mini emergency, and they got our car right in a bay.
I forgot the special socket for the locking lug nut (on my tool box at home), but even with having to tear that off, they had us fixed and out the door pretty quickly. They even brought me out to show/explain why we had the wobble.
