I have been a customer of Rogers Jewellers for over 30 years. I bought many jewelry items had many repairs and will continue to shop here for as long as I can. The staff is very helpful and nice and the work they do is impeccable.

Rogers Jewelers is my trusted place to take care of my jewelry needs. I brought my Hearts on Fire wedding ring there to have a stone replaced, my emerald ring to have a diamond replaced, resizing done, appraisals for insurance purposes done, etc. Very friendly staff and the work is impeccable!

Staff was not very helpful. Just another place that doesn’t need business. they wont be happy unless they steal from you. Not open on the weekends, No way to view options or inventory. No cad design though they claim custom jewelry. They have to order custom stuff from out of state. I recommend finding someone that cares a little more about their customers.

Rogers Jewelers has outstanding service and high quality jewelry pieces, they are always willing to create custom jewelry upon request. They offer a large variety of jewelry onsite with reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

After our jeweler in Greenville retired we searched for a jeweler fairly close to home and we gave Rogers Jewelers in Big Rapids a try. GREAT people, Terrific service and Friendly wonderful place to do business. If we have any complaints at all is that with my wife's work schedule we wish that they were open a little later one or two nights and/or on Saturday for a few hours.
Every person that we have dealt with there is super helpful, friendly and courteous.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My dad bought me a watch when I was a teenager at this fabulous jewelry store, and it is beautiful!!! I haven’t been able to wear it because I couldn’t find anyone to replace the battery for me. When I came to MI for a visit I took it in and they had it repaired the following g day.
While I was there I saw a piece of jewelry I just fell in love with. When I picked up my watch I could not leave without it on my neck! Thank you, Lori for your time and kind great service! I look forward to shopping with you again, you know what I will get next time! :)

I brought an earring in to be converted to a necklace pendant and they were more than fair, did exquisite work, and cleaned my other necklace for free.
