Been bringing my mustang hear a bit until now. Usually the people are nice and respectful. I'm a vet and they always say thanks . But today 9/3/24 I got a Pauline who was rude right from the start. Never said thanks like the guys and never gave me a military discount. The rudeness by her has made me decide to go elsewhere. If you don't wanna be there then don't come. I don't recommend this location anymore unless you want bad additude.

The professionalism is severely lacking. I had taken my car for an oil change. I admit that I have gone too far in-between services to the point of embarrassment. I was already feeling horrible that I would allow my vehicle to get to the point in which it did. With that being said, the first person to take my information was kind, the two technicians who actually preformed the oil change were openly mocking me while I sat in my car. They recommended an engine flush; which I agreed upon, and the lower technician stated the fluid was very dark when he drained it and suggested it be done again. The upper technician agreed, and when asked by the lower if she wanted to do it she responded "No" and they proceeded to go forward with placing in new oil. I'm not sure of the protocol but if they are concerned that it should be flushed again, shouldn't that be the choice of the customer; not the tech? When they finished and I settled my bill, I received my invoice. it stated they had gone through all of the "checks" on the list; i.e blinkers, lights, wipers, cabin air filter...etc." They did NOT check ANY of these. This was by FAR the worst customer service I have every received and was mortified by how I was treated. I do not recommend taking your vehicle to this location if they allow their employees to treat customers the way I was treated.

You guys have a person in charge in Big Rapids that is AMAZING!! She has to change my “cabin” filter( which I had no idea existed) not once complaining, she did it with such great patience and skill, she had bloody knuckles when she completed it. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!! Her name is ALEXIS?The guy changing my oil did great too covering all basics

Amazing place to get your oil changed, I’ve done my own for years because I didn’t trust oil change places to work on my stuff and not upsell everything. This shop is clean, quick, and efficient. The employees and managers are always very respectful and just let me know what is suggested for my vehicle based on mileage and don’t keep pushing to sell things. My truck is pushing 260k miles and I’ll keep trusting this shop with my vehicles, they’ve earned it.
