I asked if they would work with me on a $205 balance that I owed, with me paying $160 and make the other payment in a few days because I want to move my belongings out of the facility. He says full payment only. My storage is $85 a month, I'm 2 months behind...... I've been in constant contact with the owner, yet If your even a few days late on your monthly payment, he will double lock your unit and charge you a $25 lock out fee as well as $5 for a late fee per month. I explained I'm currently laid off work and the guy just wants to take my belongings at the first chance he gets. Ridiculous. Don't rent from this greedy man.

Excellent storage units in a safe area. My family has used these units when needed for years. I would recommend them to anyone who needs more room for their extra possessions.

Quick to respond to my call, today I just got my deposit back, I rented for a couple of months, I've never got a deposit back from anyone else before, but I did with packrat, sssooo 5stars I say, thank you, you were there fore in a pinch, I fully recommend you too anyone.
