I want to give Kate at the Big Rapids location a huge thank you for all of her help. I needed a blinker and brake light bulbs replaced on my Jeep. She not only got the bulbs I needed but replaced them for me. What she don’t know is I have arthritis and never could have done this Without her help. I never asked , she offered! She is an asset to this store. I have been at this location before and wasn’t treated very well . Thank you Kate?
