The lady at the counter, was rude over an EBT card saying that there's a sign that says no EBT on the door when there in fact was not.

Raj, you lost thousands of dollars in revenue and years of regular business from me and my family, by being so incredibly rude when I delivered milk and ice cream to your store during covid. When you were talking trash to me about the customers and local community (like your poor ordering skills were somehow their fault) you must have forgotten that I live down the street. And I still do, I just don't shop there because "our customers pay for the convenience of not driving into town"Try and be professional some time. If you had just ate some of your losses like everyone else, insead of whining and crying, and lying to my face, constantly wasting my time just to get $5 in credit, you would have come out so much further ahead in more ways than one. Absolutely terrible store management skills.

Great, spicy (but not too spicy) whole meat -- not processed -- chicken tenders with dipping sauce, your choice of fries, waffle fries or potato wedges at a decent price. Fed three for less than what McDonald's costs these days. I love the new location!

Does anybody else notice what a good job this gas station does? It is so clean, and everything is thought out so well in the store. The coffee section is always very quick and easy, as if somebody put thought into how it's supposed to be. The owners are a breath of fresh air, friendly happy people. And the fast food station in there is full of stuff you don't see anywhere else, that seems to be relatively cheap, and the chicken jumbalaya is the best at only $2 or so.

Victoria was my cashier today as I was passing through to go up North. Being unfamiliar with the area, she was a great help with getting me acquainted to Big Rapids. The store was clean and had a great selection of food/snacks.
