Refused to release my pets records during an emergency till I personally came in and explained that the veterinarian society or whomever they were said it is understood ethical to refuse someone theyre pets records.

Damn, this place was awesome. I guess they prefer state policy that would rather I get my advice from the internet when seeking general advise over my local vet. Too bad. An office visit simply isn't necessary for general information and whatever the reasoning, it got you one star. Normally I wouldn't care but I expected better common sense and less politics from this place.

I recently moved to the area and needed to provide a new vet for my cats. 19 Mile Vet Hospital was recommended by my sister and a friend. I am grateful I followed their recommendation. The staff is very friendly and professional. The hospital is clean and cheery. The vet who saw Chloe asked relevant questions about Chloe to get to know her and listened intently to my answers. We also discussed my other cat, Brady, who is in stage 4 kidney failure. She promised that when the time came to let him cross to the Rainbow Bridge they would do everything to make it as painless as possible. I care more about the medical treatment of my cats than I do for myself so I'm very particular. I left feeling they were in good hands and would we well cared for. On top of that, their prices for an exam and shots was quite a bit less than I had paid with my previous vet. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice for your pet's care.

Over and over again this office goes out of their way to accommodate same day appointments for our old hounds- at an affordable price. You can tell they love animals and treat them as their own- they are personable, accommodating, and affordable.

I absolutely give the Doctors and staff at 19 Mile Veterinary Hospital a big 5 stars. I was able to get my fur babies in reasonably quick which is what you need when they aren't feeling well. Everyone in the office was kind, caring, and friendly, which is often what us pet parents need sometimes when you've been up all night with your pet. Definitely worth my drive?

I have gone to all the vets around the big rapids and reed city area. Country Vet, Riversbend and Pleasant View.
I will forever recommend them to anyone and everyone who has animals. They have always been kind, sincere and care compassionately about any of all my animals that I have brought in. From the strays I find, to the hospice fosters I use, to getting me in when one of my cats has an abscesses that burst, they are one of the best vets around imo. Erin, Shelby, Peyton, Dr. Kruse, Dr. Kudrycki, Dr. Sellars, Alex, Danyel, Maiya are wonderful human beings!

I am so thankful for Dr. Seller’s and the team at 19 Mile Veterinary Clinic. They took great care of my cat while she was sick and after her surgery.
They went above and beyond to care for her and keep me informed. They reassured me that she was going to be fine, and she is now recovering at home. Thank you!!

Always friendly and helpful. Went in for a blood draw last week and asked if they could look at his ears. They were nice enough to ask the Dr and she gladly took the time to see him. Thank goodness as he needed some Medicine for them.
