Can't believe that a lumber yard would put pine boards upstairs in a loft area then not help a customer bring down 25 boards to put on a cart at the bottom of the stairs. Can't wait till someone gets hurt and menards gets sued

This store was nicely laid out with a good flow the bathrooms were clean i wish they had a paper towel dispenser but all in all i would visit again

Bought a toilet got home and someone had partially assembled and it was cracked so we had to drive all the way back to get a refund. I told a lady manager about the issue. She never apologized. She kind of was angry that I was complaining. When I said so no one really care she just stared at me. When went to get the refund they were fine about. So watch out they have incompetent people. Managers don't seem to care either ?

Zoe, who was working at the return desk today, was very helpful! We had a couple confusing returns and she was very willing to help and had a great attitude. We really appreciated her help!

Well when you go to most stores like that you have what they call customer service and when there's just a counter and no people how do you get customer service and that includes the ones in the store that doesn't even ask if you're finding everything okay or if you need directions anywhere

I will start with the positives the customer service rep male with curly hair was absolutely kind and helpful. The cashier around 7 I believe she was amazing even when she asked how my experience was and I told her it wasn’t great she apologized that I was dissatisfied. A worker in the soap aisle greeted me and was kind. There were 3 employees that gave me a HORRIBLE experience. The appliance worker acted as if I was bothering her for asking for her help. The gate lady was the absolute worst I wanted to go in behind a party I was with to try and get an appliance I purchased and when I tried to go after the party she said only one car can cross at a time and I kept trying to get her attention to go in but she walked away and went inside the booth and completely ignored me. I’ve always had good experiences going to Menards in all different states but I will not be returning back to this Menards with the horrible customer service. I had my child with me in a stroller waiting to get inside the entrance gate and there was a guy helping the customer service rep and he looked at me and did not let me in and left. Are you serious? If you can go to the Menards in Muskegon!!!

Kylie in kitchen cabinetry was absolutely fantastic to work with. She really knew her stuff, answered a ton of my questions, and walked us through everything. If I could give her more stars, I would. She was wonderful.

Store is clean and they have some good deals. Floor staff is friendly, but cashiers need to work on how they interact with customers. More friendly, less attitude.
