Got there told them who I was but they wouldn't release the groceries because they didn't know how to save the information aside to mark it down as delivered due to the internet being down for the whole store! It shouldn't take a rocket scientist to know that all you do is make a list of completed deliveries then enter it in the computer later. I live 16 mi away from the store so they want me to make another trip in to get the groceries they should have given me when I was there.

Always friendly staff, clean store but to many good deals! Always spending too much money! Lol
5 years later it's still an awesome store.. Nice people... Not too often they are out of stock on anything! But boy have prices changed!!! But it's the same all over!

Definitely don't shop here if you do avoid the bathrooms last time poop was all over the walls and the floors all the way outside the bathroom as well. I told the manager about this and he pretty much just ran away bro you need to clean up people's poops if they couldn't quit make it to the potty can't just leave it bro it stinks

Make sure you have a receipt if returning anything, unless you want management to think you're a thief. I tried to return a brand new one,which have never been worn, pair of shoes and when the clerk called up the manager for his numbers he was rude as all ever and forgot to keep his judgemental face back in the lunch room. Also relatively expensive.

Asked for feedback so I gave it. Got an email back making assumptions about what I said and why, and gave blanket corporate speak reply ignoring what I said in survey. Active listening: fail. But also, know you're just being handled. There's no reality where they fix the flaws they have. I don't need to be handled, I'll go somewhere else. Thanks.
