While camping in the area we experienced starting issues with our Chevrolet Silverado. I want to say Thank You to entire Team at Betten Baker Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Big Rapids. The process of buying a new car was very quick and easy. Stopped in to see my friend Rich met Mary and ended up buying a new Dodge Charger. i worked with mike rushford at the big rapids location. after looking at every lot from cadillac to grand rapids, i gave him my needs in a car and a low budget of insurance money from someone totaling my previous car and within a day he sent me a car under budget that hit all the marks!! very satisfied with my purchase and will buy every car through him in the future!!
