Update: 8/8/23Love the people, they are helpful and positive people. Probably my favorite Lume showroom and people combination that I have visited.Still the nicest people and less cluttered showroom. I will return!Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I enjoy the lack of clutter when shopping the showroom.

Lume has a loyal patron as the service & knowledgeable staff is unsurpassed! Visited when they first opened, & went to a store in Palm Springs, CA that was larger but not better. With several (10 maybe?) cannabis stores in area Lume is my choice—great sales & products!

Came in to get a vape cart today and Charlie helped me pick out the perfect one! Even got me a good deal on it too! Still the best customer service I’ve experienced and the best dispensary in the city of Big Rapids in my opinion.

The staff of Big Rapids lume are the best. With all of the dispensaries in this town, Lume sets the standard. Ashley, Kyle and the others are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I can always rely on Lume. Keep up the great service!
