Guy was extremely rude and ignorant to my husband. Yelled that he doesn't work on rust and that if JR customs sent one more person down to him, he'd sue them. Sorry that you have an issue, but you go over and talk to them. Don't yell at us..I don't even know if this guy is even open to public or what, but if he was, I would never go, nor recommend him to anyone.

John is like a magician. He made these huge, deep key scratches completely disappear! My Mazda looks just as good as new and I didn't need to pay a fortune! I HIGHLY recommends this body shop! A++
