“If I were able to give the store manager and her entire team a 10, I would! After making a substantial purchase of a lawn tractor I experienced a severe motor problem and the engine was destroyed, it was 3 months old… the maker doesn’t warranty the engine, that falls on the engine manufacturer…the manufacturer wouldn’t warranty the motor as they stated it hadn’t been properly lubricated, even though at no time had it been lacking lubricant as I check lubricant with “every”operation! My online research has made it clear that this manufacturer is aware of a head gasket problem but won’t admit to it! The important part of the story is that the manager of this store stood up for her customer and went to work, she replaced the lawn tractor with another brand and arranged for delivery to my home! Thank you Tractor supply for not only standing behind the product you sell but for obviously empowering your manager to resolve a customer issue, I’ll never forget it!”
