Terrible products, Terrible Service.
Bought a gen that apparently had been returned on account of the fact that it had oil residue in it when we bought it. The generator (Predator 6500) only runs for about 20 mins and then stops. Came back to return and the associate wouldn't help us until all gas and oil were out of the unit. He had a very poor attitude and wouldn't show us where the gas siphon was and definitely didn't want to deal with us.
Then we had to pay 105 (20%) restocking fee
The older lady at the front desk was nice. She made origami for my daughter as she waited.
I would not recommend Predators products and Harbor Freight lives up to its name of (you get what you pay for product) Aka Junk.

Typical HF. Tools don't last the longest but you get what you pay for. Homeowners won't be disappointed but professionals will hate it.

The supervisor "Sarah " is the rudest person. Stopped there to buy a item and asked a simple question and got a major additude and rude answer. I'm done shopping this location. I would rather pay more than deal with rude people.
