If I could give 6 stars, I would. Tom (Tommy) saved our bacon, big time. We called AAA, but were looking at a 2-3 hour wait! Tom arrived within 15 minutes of our call on a holiday weekend. His service was above and beyond and we were back on the road home in no time.

Counted out exact change to the guy, he called me half an hour later and said I was short over $30. They're running a scam on anyone they think they can get away with. Don't use their services.

Autobody company hired the big rapids tow to tow my car and the brand new bumper was damaged. I have pics of the car that shows no damage prior to the tow so I'll be taking them to small claims court.Service: Car towing

Very speedy service, reasonable pricing, great customer service, I’ve had to use them 3 times in the past couple months, and they have came and got my broken down vehicle and myself within 10 minutes every time!!! Best part is I’ve never had to pay out of pocket because they handle everything through your insurance company on the spot!!!

I didn’t end up using them (only because the repair shop said it would be fine to drive there myself since they were so close to where my car was) but, the gentleman I spoke with (day shift) was such a sweetheart! He seemed quite genuine, very kind, and saved me $$!! Hopefully I won’t need to use a towing service anytime soon but, if I was in their area and needed one- they’d be the one and only I’d call!! ☺️
