Absolutely terrible place to rent a unit from. I updated my payment information and everything, then I receive an email saying my unit has been locked out because of a payment error. The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. For your sake, please rent somewhere else!

Great place to deal with rented a unit for my daughter she didn't need it they promptly refunded everything except the setup fee. I got to keep the heavy duty combination lock they provide. Wish more places were like this.

I used this storage facility last year for my College Student during summer break. The facility was sold during this time. The original owners were extremely business oriented & loved having college students. However, the New Manager told me that the regular customers complained the students were getting a better deal & he said he agreed & would not be doing anything for students. I asked this question at the beginning of our conversation. It had been days since we moved out of the unit & we swept it clean prior. We had a student summer rental from May until Sept. All paid up front items had to be out by labor day. We moved out prior to the end of Aug. The manager first said he was keeping my deposit because I didnt give 30days before canceling the contract, I advised him & provided receipts that my contract was ONLY for said months & paid up front. I didnt have the option to extend it or do anything else. He then said well your unit isnt clean it has a sticker off a furnace in it & a marker. I said we did sweep the unit clean & it had been days since we left & also THIS WAS A COLLEGE STUDENTS STORAGE FROM HIS DORM! WE DIDNT HAVE A FURNACE IN THE UNIT!!! He said well im standing here and its in it. I asked him to send me a picture and he hung up and i haven't had any Communication since and he refused to refund my deposit!! I recommend No College Student Use this Facility!!!!

This use to be a great storage place when David had it. Now they are charging 17.88 late charges one day late. I only get paid on the third and rent is due on the 1st. The new owner's also want everything to be done on line. Just everything else. Not everyone has internet and bank cards. Not very happy with big rapids storage anymore
