I've been there many a times before and these guys are great. Today my car overheated and I was stranded at a restaurant and the owner came on his own and checked out my vehicle and went and had coolant brought to me because I was on low. On top of it they wouldn't charge me a dime they wouldn't take anything. I mean really who does that in this day and age I will never ever go anyplace else. Time and time again they have went out of their way to help me!

Came in for an oil change and they informed me of needed repairs. I've been asking around town what the grinding noise was and this shop is the only one who told me what the issue was.
Great shop, fast service.

My wife and I have used Big Rapids Pennzoil for all our cars' maintenance and repair. Their team is fantastic. Over the years, it has changed somewhat, as Ferris State automotive students come and go. The one thing that hasn't changed is fantastic service. Zac and the team are very responsive, going above and beyond to meet our needs and provide speedy, efficient repair. They communicate clearly about costs, and let you make the decision about how to proceed. They always back their work, and deliver on what they tell you. Efficiency, honesty, and excellent service are the hallmarks of this shop. Highly recommend!!!

I go to these guys for all my oil changes. In and out with great customer service. I love that they go through and check all my fluids and let me know if they see anything out of the ordinary. Recently just did a full brake job, pads, rotors and calipers as well! Highly recommend this business!

I was miles out on a country dirt road when my rear brake pad completely fell off, leaving me with little to no brakes. I called around Big Rapids far help only to be told it would be several days before anyone could ok at my car. Pennzoil took me in and looked at my car immediately, diagnosed and quoted the work, performed the repair and I was back in the road in under 2 hours. Wow.
