They take care of there customers. Another bank issue a card that never came, but the Big Rapids bank issued me another one and that one came less than 5 days... This bank has a small town vibe, and all the big bank benefits. When you call, you speak to a real person.. not a robot, not a foreign call center.
When you use the customer support option in the app, you can message a real person.
They have always been willing to work with me if I screw something up, for no other reason then I called and asked. Top notch customer service in my opinion. I wouldn't bank anywhere else in Big Rapids.”
