  Can I give a negative 10 stars? After reviewing my elder parent past 3 years tax returns, found several errors that were rookie mistakes. Some glaring examples are calculating all gains as short term instead of long term as noted on the 1099; combining rollover excess taxes paid incorrectly by taking the wrong line item . These returns were for my elder parent and it's disgusting the lazy and incorrect "accounting" that was done. Do not do business with this firm. Can't even get a callback.
