I recently took my dog to Canine Couture, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! This small, husband-and-wife-owned business truly cares for all the animals that come through their doors. They listened to my needs and provided exceptional service.
When I brought my poodle back for a second visit, she was wagging her tail the entire time—clearly excited to be there! Since I know we’re in for a lifetime of grooming, I’m so glad to have found such a caring place.
It’s hard to understand the negative comments I’ve seen; dog grooming is no joke, and I can only imagine there are some difficult customers out there. If you’re looking for a grooming service that treats your pet like family, I highly recommend Canine Couture. They have my support, and I’ll definitely be back!
She smells amazing and they use very high quality products!

I really loved these groomers in Beverly Hills until they opened their second location. I started there in December 2023 when the drive to my other groomer became too much for my little senior morkies who have high anxiety and one just went blind.
My last appointment was in May, and while I chose them because they normally took extra care with them, on this day instead of the 2 hours they normally took, they had my dogs for 5 hours with no potty break. By the time they were groomed their anxiety meds wore off and instead of being around a couple other dogs, they advised they had 18+ dogs there throughout the day. My dogs came to me distraught.
Had they called I would have come and taken them out to potty (they tell me they can’t for insurance reasons) and given them a break and more meds. I called twice to find out what the delay was and no one answered. When they were ready and I came to get them they had spoiled themselves and had to be rewashed and dried before I could take them. I asked for summer cuts and they came to me hardly trimmed and uneven. I expressed my concerns to them later via text, and they explained they opened a second location and were having some issues.
When the automated reminder came I reached out and asked for additional assurance that they would be handled better, and perhaps a discount for their horrible cuts that day and not getting the summer cuts I requested, they said we’re not a good fit and wished me luck finding a new salon. Very disappointed.

My first visit today with my cairn terrior for a hand stripping. They understand the breed well and gave her a wonderful grooming. I was very happy with their service and attention to customer satisfaction... of course, my cairn puppy looks beautiful, too!!!

They opened a second location in Waterford. Refused to take my older large dog. Not very good business. It seems they pick and choose who the serve.

I was impressed with Canine Couture. I was a bit hesitant to book at first since there weren't very many reviews for cats, and the entire process was done online. I got my appointment within days as opposed to weeks with my previous groomer. I have a large cat and he is very anxious when riding in the car and being handled, but they did a great job with him. He was severely matted and they took care to give him an oatmeal bath and explain exactly what they did while they had him. He came home, stress-free and more comfortable than when I dropped him off. The entire process was very quick and the price was great for the services he received. I will definitely be back!

Today was my first appointment for our Bernidoodle. They were super busy, with a packed schedule. I got there late. They could have rescheduled, easily, but they made an effort to take care of my dog, and I really appreciate that. It is really nice to see people who care so much about the quality of their work, and keeping the customer happy. They did a great job! The place is nice and clean. I like that I can see the tables from the lobby. I forget how tough their job is. I’ll be back next week with our puppy.

Although the work is decent their prices tend to run a little high. I have a shih tzu and in the winter I like to keep her coat long. The groomer doesn't like to do scissors cuts because they can groom faster doing clipper cuts. One time I went to pick up my dog and was told by the receptionist that there was an extra charge because my dog was matted. I told him my dog may hav been tangled but has never been matted. I comb her everyday to keep her coat de tangled. I made three appointments for the following three months and left. That was in December. In January we had some crazy winter weather. I assumed I didn't receive my text notification about her upcoming appointment due to the weather. When February was almost over I went online to make an appointment but couldn't because my dog had been blocked. I wrote a negative google review because of the poor way they conducted their business. Then I received a text saying her appointment was canceled for March. I responded to the text by saying "Of course it is". Long story short , what followed was hours of texts consisting of them lying, gaslighting, contradicting themselves,etc. it was a weird experience because they were far more concerned with getting a bad review than reaching an agreement and moving on. I have never experienced business conducted on such a low level. But don't take my word for it. Read the text for yourself. I wish I could have given less stars.

I went to pick up my dog and was told there was an extra charge because she was matted. I told the receptionist she is never matted because I comb her everyday. She may have been tangled but that’s why I comb her everyday. I was told that probably why they didn’t charge as much. After that I wasn’t being notified of her upcoming appointments and they flagged her so that I couldn’t make any new appointments online. I wished they would have had the decency to have informed me that they no longer wanted my business. I only gave one star because you can’t give less.

I went to the AKC website to find a conformation knowledgeable groomer. It’s going to be a learning process for both myself and the groomer. I have an easy ‘wash and wear’ breed less is best. Kristen is trying so I appreciate that but I’ll expect more when my puppy is an adult. A pet cut for my breed is on page 84 in the book “Notes from the Grooming Table”. Westminster dogs don’t look like they have been fussed over but please no clipper cuts when he gets his adult coat. Neat feet and a luxurious natural coat with light scissoring of the feathers and skirting is all, the ears are the show stopper.Update- Oliver won fourth place in the sporting group! Thanks Canine Couture. Let his adult coat grow out so that he can win first.

I scheduled a grooming appt online after no one answered the phone at their business. The appt was cancelled , no idea the reason and I was prompted to call the business. I left 4 messages and never received a return call. Apparently they do not care to have new business . Frustrating experience !
