I ended up coming to this business due to these reviews. I didn't see the doctor, however I did see Elizabeth the PA who was exceptional. She explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions and overall was just very friendly. I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable asking her my questions. I highly recommend her and this practice.

To give it a proper review I need to start from the beginning. Walking into the facility you can see how clean everything is. I was also greeted immediately. The woman at the desk was extremely busy but was also extremely polite and professional. She welcomed me and gave me the forms to fill out.The office was busy so I thought perhaps I’d wait a bit longer then was anticipated but they called me back almost immediately. A nurse then came into my room to figure out why I was in there and collected my information. She had a great sense of humor and reassured me they were going to take excellent care of me.Dr. Misra-Higgins came in shortly after and took her time explaining everything to me and even drawing diagrams to help me understand what she was speaking on (very helpful). She wasn’t in a rush despite her office being extremely busy. I was stunned.If you’re looking for the best dermatologist in the area this is the office, staff and doctor for you. Can’t recommend high enough.

I've only seen Dr. Higgins once and I'm going to see her again this week. I think she was amazing, very professional and took care of all my Dermatological needs. I am excited to see her again !

I posted before but somehow it doesn’t show up so I’m posting again. Indisra doesn’t seem to care and here’s why I say that. I called for prescription refill on Monday. No call back, I called again with another voicemail Tuesday, no call back same thing happened over and over again until Friday when I finally got someone.I asked that Indisra Higgins call me back, and she did as I was upset how much time was wasted and the lack of professionalism/communication. When she called she had an attitude and basically hung up on me saying “Thank you, goodbye” once I expressed my concerns. I wasted a week. I then called Dermatology Associates in Birmingham on Adams and they handled it same day.Don’t waste your time with Indisra.

I give this institute only two stars for politeness. First visit they had me sitting for an hour before placing me in a room for another twenty minutes. The work was hit or miss and they missed. I asked for a small mole to be removed by freezing and they insisted on numbing it and started to remove only to stop cause I was feeling everything still, so more shots around my wrist. Month later I came back because they didn’t remove the small spot just a piece. They told me to get a sun tan and it should not show anymore, really. I came back to complain about service and told them I should not be charged for this visit I’m only here to speak of this unaccomplished job. They said no problem and they’ll call me back when they get their new lazer machine that does wonders on March. They never called and still billed me. This is my first ever complaint online.sad.
