This review is so so long overdue that I’m ashamed because I waited so long and because I don’t know the employees name I want to make notice of for her constant excellence in customer service and here recently, dealing with my mother who has some cognitive issues with her aging health.
I stopped in yesterday to purchase a Zevo bug zapper for my apartment that upon ridiculous boredom and watching two flys come to their demise, works like a charm.
What needs mention though is the woman who always seems to be at the key cutting counter. I have had the pleasure of dealing with her repeatedly since moving back to Michigan and have needed keys cut and various other hardware items. Not only is her knowledge of the store beyond awesome, her patience and customer service is exceptional. She is always polite, courteous, and quick with a joke for the right person. Her patience with my mother though was beyond exceptional and heart warming to know someone actually still cares in this world.
She is a five star employee that Ace should be proud of as an example.

It took quiet a few associates to help me since I was trying to do an in store pickup after realizing I needed to buy online to get the promotion I wanted. But everyone was patient and helpful in trying to figure it all out. The inventory at the store was a bit odd. They sell some hair care and honey at the front. Not sure why…
