“I had a major dilemma when the gas tank on my vehicle loosened and then fell off! I was lucky to be able to get into the parking lot at the Michigan Visitor Welcome Center. The wonderful folks there called Rammie's for me and upon explaining my situation, they were ther in minutes. They made a temporary fix so I could follow them to their shop at which time they pulled out a vehicle from on of the bays they were working on, made a call to a parts supplier and obtained repair parts, and fixed my vehicle right then! Without this prompt help, alternate scenarios are pretty bad. My greatful thanks to Rammie Collision Service.”

“I have a feeling there's not a person in the world who knows more about VWs than Eric. He's been fixing my family's cars since I was a kid. I live a ways away, but found myself with a major car issue while visiting home recently. He fixed that well, but also did a thorough sweep of the car and repaired a bunch of other stuff that would have caught up with me in time and caused bigger problems. It's been running better than it has in a long time, and I feel safer in it. Other mechanics have been fixing the biggest things to buy me time, maybe out of consideration for lifespan (my car is high mileage) but I also think because it's tedious to be thorough. Eric caught things (like a cabin filter I never checked!) that many others didn't take the time to look for. His prices are more than fair. I'm grateful for him!”
“We has brake issues when passing through Ironwood. Stopped at O'Reillys for parts. Steve and Donny were so helpful. Handy having the tool loan. They helped carry and lift stuff , as my husband had hernia surgery recently. So kind. There were complications with a seized caliper. Steve called a local mechanic, who came out to the store and fixed us up in the car park. Everyone went above and beyond..so grateful. Thanks guys.”
