My husband and I purchased our car last year from CarsMart, and we are beyond satisfied with the service we have received. We were able to buy our dream car used, with total confidence due to the integrity demonstrated by everyone at CarsMart with whom we interacted. David went above and beyond to answer our questions and make sure we were happy. We were thrilled to get a car in such great condition for the price we paid, which was well within our budget. Since purchasing our car last year, we have gone to CarsMart for routine maintenance, and have also been impressed. As a woman with little knowledge of cars, I often worry about being taken advantage of, but at CarsMart I felt comfortable and confident I was treated fairly. We recommend CarsMart to anyone looking for a used vehicle they can trust!

Extremely smooth and honest process! A Carfax report was easily available right on the website. Scheduling a test drive was very simple and pressure-free. I didn’t feel pressured into a purchase once. I felt so confident in the car that making the decision to move forward was easy. The actual payment process was also much easier than expected. Truly a breeze, highly recommend.

Very great experience. I had a bad experience with a previous car dealership back when I lived in Syracuse, NY. I admit I came in on edge, thinking I was going to get low balled by paying insane prices. The staff were really nice and made my wife and I feel welcomed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a car to last a good while, they'll work with you. All our friends love the car, it's so clean, it feels like a rental car. ?

You can't find a better local place to get or look for your new used car. Their customer service is top notch, you get treated with respect and aren't looked at with the same sales pressure you get from a mainstream dealership. My husband and I appreciate that personalized transaction and local feel from this family owned and operated business. This dealership is a mechanic shop/detailer as well so, they have so much experience and only procure the most reliable vehicle types with the best histories for their lot. I felt comfortable with my purchase and just as excited as if I drove a brand new car off the lot. It checked all of the boxes we needed for our growing family. Will be recommending them to anyone looking for a different car.

Always enjoy my experience with David and the team at CarsMart. Told him what we were looking for in a car, he didn’t have one on the lot but was able to find one over the next couple weeks and he made it happen. Anything I need regarding a vehicle, he is my first stop.
