Had a great experience working with Pat K. Needed to replace a bent rim. I only use OEM parts for my car. Performance was priority for the racetrack, but I also show it so wanted it to look the best possible. He sent pictures and then went the extra mile to personally pick the best from the inventory. I was having a time constraint that was making it difficult to drive the 5 hours round trip to Michigan. I was concerned about making a Zelle payment to have it shipped. In the end I had it shipped, and it arrived the next morning in time for me to make the switch. I am looking to get another as a spare and will definitely work with Pat again. It was a pleasant experience.

Stay away !Sold broken part and won’t take any responsibility
Bought the suspension strut for $600. Customer service was just terrible. No assistance with shipping, won’t accept credit cards, won’t ship .
When received the strut it was bent and electrical connections is broken. Messaged the dealer and no response

Positive doesn't begin to describe my experience with the staff at August Pohl. My initial impression was very strong after talking with Pat at Ext. 19. He went out of his way to find the part that I needed, and had it ready to go for me when I arrived. There were some quite unique circumstances today with the Tornado warnings, but Pat figured out a way to make it happen for me. Their pricing is very competitive, and the service you'll receive is top notch. There's no reason to go anywhere else.
