Hi this is Tanya Smith and I am totally blind and I've been living here since 2001 and for a while I had to I had to fight to get a mailbox on my side of the street cuz it is unsafe for me to cross the street and plus since I am blind I cannot see it all it would be impossible there's no landmarks but now they deliver to my house they deliver the printed mail and the Braille books and even though they say I do not qualify for a hardship they let that go because they realize that that it is impossible for me to cross the street and it's stupid to in a stupid to to deliver into places considering they took the mailboxes across the street down so I'm glad they are working with me finally and realizing the errors of their mistake

Terrible customer service, wish I would of gotten the lady's name so this review would not fall on all of the ppl that work there. One bad egg ruins the bunch. Been using this post office for 3 decades now never had a issue. I see why the others moved to another branch.

The lady at the counter gave me and another customer such bad attitude. Never have I had such a bad experience with customer service. Drove all the way across town to the other UPS store and they took care of me within 5 minutes.

The people at this office have always been really kind and helpful to me! I try to plan my trips at their least busy times so I don't have a long wait (but even during peak hours I haven't had an issue). My mail carrier is great. A little patience and kindness will improve the experience for everyone involved!

On more than one occasion I receive an email saying that my packages with tracking could not be delivered because "lack of access" b.s. I have a very large circle driveway on 5 acres. Also I have tracked packages that I received an email from the sender saying that the packages have been delivered, when they are not delivered until the next day.I have been to the post office many times to voice my concerns, the post master here needs to be fired if he can't take care of this post office

My postal carrier is always delivering mail to the wrong box which is part of a community cluster. We the residents take care of the problem and by taking it to the right address.

Love the people at the actual Newport post office, never had a bad experience. But- the lady who delivers the mail is HORRIBLE! She always delivers mail to the wrong houses, we’re constantly bringing each other mail. She refuses to get out of the truck if she can’t drive all the way up the drive way. One car parked in the drive...no packages that day “drive way blocked, package couldn’t be delivered.” Today, we watched her drive right past the mail box, no mail? Curious..I’m waiting for two packages. Check Amazon “USPS couldn't get to the front door, mailbox, or driveway, so please look for a note from them or contact them for the next steps“(no note).....just because she didn’t want to get out of the truck in the snow. What if I was waiting on medicine or medical supplies? Pure laziness. Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to decide what days you will and won’t do your actual job?!

I'm sick and tired of making complaints about my carrier, she will not deliver packages into my garage, her excuse every time is the dogs are out, they are on leashes!!!

Worst post office ever. ...once again they have lost my packages due to incompetence and want to get an attitude with me because I have called daily to see if they have found my stuff. The manager actually wanted to act like she was annoyed because I wanted her to tell me what the next step is to me getting either my packages or my money from the postal service. For some reason the postal service doesn't think they should pay for mistakes and I should take it up with the company I purchased my things from and have them send new items. ..Crazy. Gonna be fun to see if things ordered for the holidays actually make it here or not .
