“2/13/2024My vehicle was in need of a few repairs, so I stumbled into Fellows shop on a Saturday morning.What a great find ! I discussed my concerns with Zach who diagnosed the probable issues quickly.We set up an appointment the following week. Issues were corrected after changing out a few parts. “Great experience! Especially dealing with car shield. I give them 5 stars ? on that part alone. I needed my car serviced and they took care of it quickly without any issues. Side note I left a personal property item there over the weekend and it was still there on Monday when I returned. “This place is amazing!!! The owner Mike is a great guy. Yesterday I called right when they opened, I needed a new water pump for my truck and asked if it could get done same day he said it should be no problem. I drop it off and was going to take an Uber home he offered and gave me a ride instead which in my opinion is already above and beyond great customer service. Then he calls me with the quote and tells me I should get a new thermostat as well he didn’t want to put one with 80,000 miles on a new water pump, I gave the go ahead. A few hours later he calls me to let me know it’s done. I get up there and he proceeds to tell me the pump he quoted me for didn’t fit (Dodge used two different kinds on my truck) so he had to go to the dealership to get that and a belt that had broke when his tech was fixing it. Basically it cost him 400.00 more than he was expecting but still only charged me for the quoted price!! I am beyond thankful and told him he has a customer for life, I will never go anywhere else!! If I could give ten stars I would.”

My daughter was up from Texas and her cars a/c quit working the shop she took it to in Texas stated she needed an entire new system, compressor and all. Putnam diagnosed the problem, kept in contact with throughout and ended up coming back less expensive then they had thought. $1300 less than the shop in Texas. Honest and very good mechanics there. “I just found out that Tireman was sold to Belle Tire 1 year ago as I was having another one of our vehicles serviced today. I now know for sure that I am an old man because because memories of other old men I knew from years past would quietly review how certain businesses operated with integrity, but as the years rolled on for one reason or another, the business died or was passed on to the competitor. This "attaboy" is for all of us that went to Tireman because of the way we were treated by the existing competitors because of their outright lying, bait and switch tactics, and faulty repairs that they never made right.
Tireman of Monroe, Michigan was an excellent service center. I watched the mechanics work through the windows, and was so impressed I felt led to tip them. The front desk team was so professional, not one time when there was an issue did they have to run to the owner asking permission to make things right. All this means is that this owner was on top of things, and made sure the individuals knew that Tireman was to treat their customers fairly. The front staff is now gone, and all the mechanics are gone. All of you that worked to make Tireman so great, a hearty, THANK YOU, AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL FROM THE ADKINS FAMILY.”

“Just going to tell my story. I live in Maryland, my daughter took my truck (01 GMC Sierra), to a music in Michigan. On the way home the engine lost oil pressure and locked up. Fortunately only a few miles from Rockwood. They towed it, diagnosed it and gave me a price for a used engine. I accepted the offer. 2 weeks later my daughter flew back to Michigan, drove the truck home, about 7 hours, no problem. That was the last week in June. My wife and I just returned from Cape Cod, a 16 hour round trip, no problem at all. Thanks Rockwood!”
