Been coming here almost 30 years. Its small and quaint. Recently my business mail is open or damaged. I receive my bank statement from December in an envelope with no address from sender a week ago in February. Lots of drama someone tried to get into my account and they placed a hold. The note read open by mistake. I have serious fraud on my credit report i even received Experian report damaged opened and put inside another envelope. It also had a note attached. Something is wrong with the people who work here now. Outrageous box prices. Rude overbearing employes. These people are opening mail. Shame on you!

Per usual, rude customer service. Went to the counter to ask what was the best way to mail a box since I forgot tape. No actual discussion or answer to my question. Just told I was wrong to bring my box up unfinished. Was then sent to the lobby and told to buy tape and write the address on the box. Instead of the usual sticker that’s placed on boxes when mailed. No pens available in the lobby either and there was a roll of tape right next to the clerk. Tried to ask questions about this and immediately met with resistance. Then clerk proceeded to talk about me to the next customer loud enough so I could hear her. Asked her to stop this and she blatantly stated “I want you to hear me complain about you”.

Attitudes as usual. I don’t know what it is with post office employees but rude as usual. Was rude to me and to the customer in line in front of me. Unfortunately sometimes you have to go inside to get oversized items mailed. At least they are quick at this location.

On this particular morning I’m here at 9:19am. The office “opened” at 9 yet no one is here working and there’s a line of customers to the door. I’ll be going back to Royal Oak Post Office.

Opened the doors 8 minutes late. Something about safe being locked. Then had to get her keys. Did a slow walk to do this. She had to open blinds and that before Slowly walking around to help anyone. Then took her time helping people once we were in. 2 people in front of me. Waited 12 minutes to get waited on. Our government is a mess.

Showed up at 320pm on a Saturday and they were already closed. A lot of us couldn’t ship what we needed to. When they are open the ladies are so rude. One won’t use the scanner and makes you shove your hand under the plastic shield to try to scan your own things. I ship things out for my small business and now I can’t send things out and get paid because of their inability to stay open during their posted hours. I wish they would hire people here that had a better attitude.

Clerks talk about you in front of coworkers and customers. And when you ask them to stop, they don't, and they tell you they don't care. Rude and unprofessional. When you ask them to explain things, they play d*** and belittle you. Frequently overcharges. Worst post office ever. Filing formal complaint

I get that when a place is busy, communication gets short to try and be efficent, but Kayla was very rude to me. She got visibly frustrated with me when I didn't understand her directions because she just pointed instead of using clarifying words. I felt this was super unprofessional especially as I was patient and had even tried smiling and asking how her day was as I waited in line/as I walked up for help. I don't mail a lot of things and I don't feel comfortable asking anyone here for help.
