“Smoky's has a mom & pop vibe to me. You walk in, look around, and get what you want without help. If you need help, the assistance is their. Prices are kind of high to me because I order online, but when your order doesn't arrive on time and you have to run out and get a few sticks, Smoky's has it. My wife says I love that Big Humidor Smell.”

“Had been running through town for an errand, when I got sick of my coil taste and decided to grab some freshies to swap out. Quick google and there are half a dozen smoke shops in radius. Verify open now is checked, but the first two locations werent staffed and still had closed doors despite being past their open time.Then tried Syko, to not only find friendly staff, but only having a partial box that matched, Max matched the box price for the set I would have purchased. Friendly, great service, and actually showing up to work. Way to go Syko! You saved my vapebuds today!”

“A business of legendary Hazel Park status. It was there when it was almost illegal and it’s still here today. One of the original head shops. Everyone loves this place. I spent the day With Tommy Chong here (honest to god) this place is hollowed ground among OG stoners of legend! I got my first Led Zeppelin tapestry from them when I was in jr high school. Bought my first bong, I can’t say enough about this business. I really love it and any local HP person worth his weight in weed will tell you the same! They now have a dispensary. I’m stoked.”

“Called to inquire about a replacement vape part. I was assured they had it in stock. I drove over the next day to pick up it up since they kindly set it aside for me.
I got home and opened the bag only to discover it was the wrong part. I trusted the piece was correct and never checked it at the store. Therefore, I'll take some of the blame. A 7 mile and 30-minute inconvenience after all is said and done.
When I went in to return the piece, Matt the owner/manager was there. He was very warm and apologetic about the matter. He said they did actually have the correct piece in stock. It was the last one, and he comped it for the inconvenience. I couldn't have been more pleased with his quick call to action. He quickly turned a negative experience into a positive one. This is why I continue to shop at Puff Factory. Great selection and admirable service.”

I finally went inside yesterday and it has a nice selection of practically anything youu need when it comes to hookah and bongs. I got a new hookah and everything to go with it. “I truly wish this place was closer to where I live. I had looked it up online as a potential source of Stone Brewing beers and made the stop with my cousin while my motorcycle was being serviced in the area. It did not disappoint! Though the selection of Stone brews was limited, I did score a six pack of Stone Enjoy BY IPA--and there was plenty of other craft beer and liquor to choose from. The store was very clean and organized and the owner was very personable and knowledgeable. I also like the fact that the store is connected on Untappd, making it easier to check inventory and get notified of new additions. Convenient or not, I suspect I shall return!”

Allow me to elaborate a bit, I had walked in looking for a specific piece for my bong. unfortunately the specific cant be replaced. but thanks to Mina and her unyielding diligence I found an alternate product that saved me a ton! Not only did I come in looking for something else I walked out happy with an upgrade that was also functionally a lot better then my original!
