Wow. Phenomenal. Treated with respect. All questions answered. Understood what appliance design I was looking for. Fast, except for the computer. Educated. Willing to spend time with me. Reasonably priced. Easy to find and park. Ended up buying from them. Let's hope delivery really is under 2 weeks. Also, it's not a terribly scented store, which I appreciate due to asthma. Was unable to get me an appliance that did not come with scented advertising product. That reflects poorly on the manufacturers, though, not the store.

I have built 2 houses and used Specialties Showroom for both. We have spent $110,000 between the two. Dorothy Barak, the owner, got involved and stayed involved when I had issues with a Miele refrigerator and Cove dishwasher. g She also helped me get all 15 appliances registered for warranty purposes when the installers (not associated with Specialties) failed to do so. She shipped an oven piece and a warming drawer rack when the warranty on these items were declined, no questions asked. I would give them my absolute highest recommendation!

Take your hard earned money and go somewhere else. Their customer service is extremely poor. We had purchased appliances and extended warranty through specialties showroom in 2021. The GE washer stopped working recently. Eddy put in a service request with the warranty company. However, somehow the washer that specialties showroom delivered had a different serial number from the one on the warranty. Mind you we had no control over which serial number of the washer was delivered. It was obviously a mistake made by the specialties showroom. However, the warranty company is not authorizing the repair due to the serial number discrepancy. Eddy from specialties has not returned my 2 voicemails and email. Very poor customer service. I would NOT recommend specialties showroom to anyone.

We had a non-urgent, but important issue with our cooktop control knobs and Carly at Specialties handled it quickly and effectively. They recognized the importance of the issue to us and followed through at every point to help get the issue resolved. Carly even helped us by locating information about how to replace the part ourselves so that we did not have to "waste" a service call for what was actually a simple remove and replace. The entire situation--including receiving the replacement parts--was concluded in just a few days. The support and response was exemplary. So happy to be working with this team.

I recently completed a kitchen remodel and had the pleasure of purchasing a full set of kitchen appliances from Specialties Showroom. From start to finish, your service exceeded my expectations. Not only were all the appliances delivered when promised, but you went above and beyond by sending someone to demonstrate how to use each appliance.What truly stood out was your commitment to customer satisfaction. When a minor issue arose, you promptly addressed it and followed up to ensure everything was to my liking. The level of attention and care provided throughout the process was exceptional.Overall, I would highly recommend Specialties Showroom to anyone in need of high-quality kitchen appliances and outstanding service. We purchased a Fulgor Milano Sophia range at Specialties Showroom little over a year ago. We have had a couple of issues to resolve and Specialties response has been outstanding. Our repair representative, Carly, made sure every gripe was addressed and repair satisfied.We're very pleased with the Fulgor Milano and appreciate the excellent product support. We will continue to patronize Specialists for future purchases.

I purchased my appliances from them in the past. But this time would be my last time. They ordered everything wrong and in the end didn’t want to refund me. so I’m stuck with appliances that i can’t use and had to buy new one from Lowe’s. It’s unfortunate but i will not recommend them.

I will never do business with this place again. Told 7-10 days to get a dishwasher and here we are over 30 days and no dishwasher. I had to call twice to find out where it is and was told I'd get a call by end of the day and no call. Installer went to pick it up and left because he got tired of waiting on them. Took the morning off of work to not receive delivery and no one seems to think it's a big deal.

Ken Goss, owner of Specialties Showroom, is one word -- amazing! His attention to customer service is exceptional, plus he is just a really nice person. I ordered one type of range and when the installer came it was discovered that I could use a different type. Ken guided me through the whole process and was considerate of my budget and timing needs and recommended the perfect range, which they had in stock. He also helped me pick a range hood that is perfect for my needs. I had some issues with the installer and Ken stepped in and made sure I was taken care of, listening carefully and coming up with a solution. He continued to follow up after the installation which impressed me so much. The showroom has beautiful products, but the customer service is what sold me! Thank you Ken for taking care of me and making sure I ended up with a beautiful range and hood that fits my needs. I appreciate you so much!

We had a terrible experience when we ordered our dishwasher. We have been waiting for a refund for over 4 months. Very unprofessional behavior. We were planning on getting all our appliances for our kitchen remodel but after this experience we will never step foot there again.

I'm so happy w their service, from start to finish nothing but kindness. I purchased my entire new build home appliances from here. Forget the smooth process of buying, which was awesome. The owner came out after I moved in taught me how to use my Miele coffee machine and every other appliance I bought. I learned a lot . Dorthy was a sweetheart and went above and beyond what I have ever experienced. Great place to buy from.
