Didn't catch his name - I assume he was the owner. He was friendly, eager to help, and provided me a picture frame glass at a more than reasonable price.

Took in a family heirloom frame that needed glass, mat and backing, had Perfect Corners frame family photos in the frame and it all came out perfectly. Excellent quality of work and affordable.
