“I must say these guys are sooo nice and professional with a hint of down to earth family vibes. Such a great company I had a broken glass at my house a guy came out to give a estimate. He made me feel very comfortable he explained everything to me, did measurements and gave me around about price but said a guaranteed price would come after he got back to the office and I would get a phone call and I did. I got a price I felt very comfortable with and we scheduled a the appointment for the following week. The owner and the same guy who came out to give me the quote came to my appointment and did my window . Really great guys . Did a impeccable job even cleaned my windows with glass cleaner and when I asked to buy a can of glass cleaner the owner just gave me one, even though they sell there glass cleaner it was so nice. If you are looking for a window company contact these guys really 10 star service I have absolutely NO complaints and I highly recommend. He even looked at another window for me and told me not to get new glass but to caulk it. He was all about honesty and not just trying make a buck . Such a great company .”
“Came by to check out their showroom a while back. Looking at what to install in a shower stall area and bathroom counters too. Their show room here is quite impressive. It's bigger than I realized from the outside. There are slabs of marble and granite lined up everywhere. The kitchen counters area towards the back of the store displays some of their glass designed partnership brands. The large counter with all of the different counter and cabinet displays are quite good, allows you to touch and feel the texture and material.”

Everything is labeled by color and there's a sheet to fill out to indicate what you like. Heads up, during covid precautions, you have to make an appointment on their website.”
“We built a home with CCH and were informed to work with Ferguson as our kitchen plumbing and bathroom fixture vendor. Alanna from the Troy location was exceptional to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, and patient through the design and selection process. I want to re-iterate the last point about being patient as I think we must have changed our selections over a dozen times. Through it all, Alanna always maintained a professional presence and if felt frustrated or annoyed by our inability to stick with a decision, never made us feel it was known. “My wife and I moved to Waterford, MI from Oregon in November 2023. We found a house we loved but had been built in 1990 and had never been updated. The kitchen was the major disaster - counter top stove in an island that was awkward to move around (complicated by a load bearing wall that that blocked the kitchen from the dining area. Corner sink and cupboards that were well make but poorly placed made cooking less than fun.
Enter Nu Way who had been recommended by another family member after a bathroom remodel. Nu Way gave us a design based on what what important to us and that fit our aesthetic. Then we were given a schedule of the who, how and when the work would proceed. And because they didn't begin until they had all the key materials, there was no stop and go or waiting for weeks for work to proceed.
Every worker who showed up was a craftsman - plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinetry...artists who knew their craft (plus a joy to talk to).
I'm sure there are less expensive alternatives to NU Way, but I doubt there are more competent quality driven craftspeople out there who take such pride in their work.”

“This is a nice store. They have a lot in their showroom. You could easily spend two hours browsing and shopping. They were very friendly and accommodating here also. I had them cut some glass for a picture frame. They did a good job.”
