Took our 11 month pug here to get his nails trimmed today. It was so cute inside and they were so quick and efficient! It’s nice to have a great groomer in the area that we can trust with our little guy!

Very happy with Amanda, my dog's new groomer. You don't know how bad something is until you compare it with something much better. My dog had a consistent precision cut all over. He looked very handsome. Also, my dog seemed more relaxed and happier when I picked him up. He was never that way at his former groomers. Highly recommend this establishment.

VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I WON'T BE RETURNING! If I could give this establishment a zero star rating, I WOULD! I was doing a close friend a favor by taking Mr. Handsome to his scheduled appointment a few days before Thanksgiving. Upon arrival, I was rudely informed by Dillon, that Mr. Handsome wasn't scheduled for a grooming appointment and the establishment was closing for the day. I knew that Mr. Handsome did indeed had an appointment because it was confirmed via email and text message. While Dillon phoned Amanda (the appointed groomer), I politely phoned Mr. Handsome's parent relaying the information that I received from Dillon. Of course the parent wasn't happy about it and was on the way to the establishment. Dillon placed Amanda on speakerphone and she said, "I completely forgot about the appointment. I'm not coming back and you will have reschedule for sometime next week." SERIOUSLY!!! There was no apology of any sort from Amanda or Dillon and that was extremely disheartening! The tone in Amanda's voice and Dillon's mannerism were completely unprofessional, offensive, and just down right rude!I informed Dillon that Mr. Handsome's parent was on the way and he said (with his arms folded across his chest and foot patting on the floor), "Well that can't happen because we're about to close!" I looked at my watch and the establishment had an entire 45 minutes before it was closing time. I just looked at him, shook my head in disbelief, and Mr. Handsome and I left to get into the car. As I was putting him in the car, his parent arrived, and entered the establishment.Mr. Handsome nor will any other fur babies of people that I know will NEVER EVER come to this establishment! Customer service should be be their top priority and it definitely wasn't!

I called to get an appointment for my puppy to have a trim and his nails done. A gentleman by the name Dillion answered the phone rudely then proceeded to tell me no appointments were available in the next few months. I asked If they had a call list to fill a cancelled spot that I was willing to to that but he got rude and snippy with me stating " I SAID NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE!" With that kind of attitude it is very unlikely that I will bring my baby to this establishment or recommend to anyone I know. I told my friend she was insane to take her fur baby to an unpleasant and unprofessional establishment.

WONDERFUL experience. Our dog was not friendly with strangers or other dogs, but Amanda groomed him without an issue! She was able to do a full groom with deshedding everytime and was able to pet our pup. I am so thankful she was understanding of his history and even formed a bond with him. We would HIGHLY recommend Grooming with Love.

I brought my two dogs to "Grooming with Love" in Maple for a full groom. It had been awhile since their last groom as it's been very difficult to book appointments during the pandemic. "Grooming with Love" had space for my dogs and after reading through some reviews I was comfortable bringing them to a new facility. They had some mild matting and I asked the groomer to give them a nice short cut so they would feel comfortable and cool over the summer. After I left, I began getting text messages from the groomer telling me that "the girl" was hard to shave and she has a few small nicks that shouldn't cause any issues. Then, I get a text saying that "the boy" had a mole on his nose she didn't notice and shaved over and his nose is now red and irritated. I responded saying that he doesn't have a mole on his nose. The message exchange left me concerned as I anxiously waited for my dogs to be ready for pickup. When I returned 4 hours later to pickup my dogs, there were two other families with dogs waiting to be seen. The groomer came out, completely dishevelled, with Penelope. Or as she called her, "the girl". I could immediately see that she had been shaved far too close to the skin in multiple areas of her body and seemed extremely anxious as she panted and shook beside me. She began telling me that she has an ear infection and couldn't clean her ears. She brought Sawyer ("the boy") out and by this point the other dogs were barking, my dogs were pulling me to the car and all I wanted to do was get them home. I gave the groomer $200 and left. Once I got home, Penelope shook and scratched and licked her body uncontrollably while Sawyer wined and paced back and forth. Sawyer was tracking blood through the house which is when I discovered two of his nails were cut past the quick. I rushed out to purchase "quick stop" to treat his nails. Sawyer wasn't the only one bleeding, Penelope had a large gash on BOTH her inner hind legs which looked raw and painful. I called my vet immediately and was able to book an appointment for the next day. I sent the groomer a message explaining that I was horrified with the condition of my dogs and informed her of the bleeding. She told me to go by a cone for "the girl" to stop her from licking her wounds and offered a $50 refund for cutting "the boys" nails past the quick. She even said that the red irritations on Penelope were not the result of her shaving far to close to the skin but tried to convince me that they were hot spots. She was rude, didn't take any accountability and wasn't apologetic at all! To the contrary, she tried to blame me for her mistakes. Thinking about my sweet pups being completely mistreated by this woman knowing they weren't even comforted by being called by their own names makes me physically sick. After seeing the vet, it was confirmed that Penelope did not have an ear infection, just some buildup of hair and wax that should have been cleaned during her groom. The vet cleaned them. Her hair was definitely cut far too short causing major irritations (not hot spots!) and it was recommended that I give her oatmeal soaks to ease her discomfort. The large cuts on her legs had dried and scabbed by this point so no treatment was required. Sawyer's nails were cut past the quick (he spent almost an entire day limping) but seemed to be doing better. The gash above his nose, where he supposedly had a mole, was scabbing and healing. That night, I sent the groomer another message filling her in on what transpired at the vet. No response. Instead, I was blocked from her Instagram page. My sweet dogs are so unbelievably traumatized by this experience and I feel so guilty for bringing them there. After posting my experience on multiple Facebook groups, I received countless private messages from complete strangers sharing their similar experiences with this "groomer". I hope that sharing will deter anyone considering this facility!
