I had a disappointing experience today, especially after having a good visit here before. While the hairstylist did a nice job with the fade on the sides, they made a fundamental mistake by trimming the top of my hair to the same length all around. This left me with a very unflattering look, almost like a ball, and unfortunately, it’s something that can’t be fixed for months.
Truly disappointed.

I went to get a few inches trimmed off my hair and came across this great clips. The atmosphere was offputting to say the least. There were three people working. One man, an older woman and another woman who was in her 30’s maybe. The man was very nice while the other two did not seem to want to chat. The younger woman was my hair stylist and did not exchange any pleasantries including her name. Whenever I would ask questions she gave very short replies. I understand that some people don’t like to talk while they’re working but she had a lot to say about how bad my hair was. I never asked for any tips on hair care, it was all unasked for. I would understand if I actually asked for advice but I didn’t.

I’d gone here before and gotten a wonderful cut from a guy with an accent and had high hopes again. However, today I walked out with my hair looking terrible. The woman who cut my hair started out fine. I asked for her to even out the length, as I wanted a blunt bob parted down the middle. Unfortunately, she took it upon herself to start cutting the entire length of my hair in huge sections, leaving me looking like I had a horrendous mullet all the way around my head. The sections she cut aren’t blended and look like little shelves of hair around the entire circumference of my head. It’s awful. She also trimmed the hair around my face shorter than the rest, and when I told her I didn’t want it to be that short, she got offended and ripped the cape off and walked me to the register. I didn’t even get to see the back in a mirror. She also was visibly angry when cashing me out.
Not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but it’s extremely frustrating to have your hair butchered and when you try to express that you don’t like something (politely), you get treated even worse. Bad service all around.

It was very easy and simple to get In-N-Out of the salon very good service. Excellent job on the haircut, ample parking, and signing into the system online is very efficient..

Depends on the "barber" Service is usually good. Usually two or three at any location make your appointment on time

the beautician knew just how to cut my hair and compared it to the last time i was there so she cold gauge how much it had grown and this cut was just perfect for me.

My boyfriend went to get a haircut, as it was something simple, nothing too “stylish”, it did its job. It was super fast, practical and had no errors. If you want something more elaborate, you need to go to another salon.

Worst experience getting a hair cut in my life.The woman who cut my hair was curt and surly also pre occupied with phone calls on her personal phone.The haircut was marginal at best.The woman who cut my hair is white and wore glasses.My visit was December 12th about 4:30 I'm 77 years old and am not used to being treated in this manner.
